In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(a)

of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the

Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of

Sri Sabu Sebastian, Advocate, Eastern Block, 1st Floor,

St. Marys Building, A. G. Road, Kozhikode, Pin-673 001

(Notary Register No. 2/2012/KKD) from the Register of

Notaries with effect from 15-11-2013 on his request.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and

5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read

with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules,

1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint

Sri A. M. Antony (Antony M Ambat), Advocate,

S/o A. M. Michael Ambat House, Mankuzhy Road,

Edappally Toll, Kochi-682 024, as Notary for a period of

five years with effect from 30-11-2013 in the area of

Kanayannur Taluk in the Revenue District of Ernakulam

with Reg. No. 12/2013/EKM.
