A preliminary Gradation List of Pharmacist up to 31-7-2013 prepared in accordance with the general principles, norms

and provisions contained in KS and SSR is appended to this order for information of the person concerned.

Any person who is aggrieved by the rank in the list may submit his/her appeal to the undersigned through Head

Office within 15 days from the date of publication of this list in Gazette. The appeals should be preferred in the Proforma

appended (Appendix-II) to this order. The Head Office will verify the particulars in the proforma and furnish a certificate to

the effect as follows while forwarding the appeal “certificate that the above particulars have been verified by me with

relevant records and found correct” omissions if any should be brought to the notice with relevant particulars in the

proforma appended.
