Sealed and superscribed competitive tenders are

invited for the resoling (Precured) of the following tyres

with a minimum guarantee for 20000 km. run. Under

Health Services Department.

Indending tenderers may obtain the tender forms on

application in their letter heads addressed to the State

Health Transport Officer, Directorate of Health

Services, Thiruvananthapuram. On producation of cash

receipt  700+ VAT. The tenderer shall make their own

arrangements to remit the cash at the counter of FW wing

in working hours to get cash receipt. Duplicate copy of

the form will also be issued on payment of  400+VAT

per copy VPP/IPO/DD/Postal Stamps are acceptable

towards the cost of tender forms. The Department is not

responsible for postal delay if any in case of tender form

obtained by post. VAT will be charged extra.

Total cost— 3,30,000.

EMD—1%.

Price of tender form— 700+VAT.

Last date and time of sale of tender forms—

28-1-2014, 4 p.m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender forms—

29-1-2014, 3 p.m.

Date and time of opening tender— 29-1-2014, 4 p.m.

The tenders should be addressed to State Health

Transport Officer, Directorate of Health Services,

Thiruvananthapuram. EMD should be in the form of

Demand Draft Addressed to Director of Health Services

payable at SBT, Thiruvananthapuram. An agreement

drawable in Kerala Government non judicial stamp paper

worth 100 may also be enclosed with the tenders. Late

tenders will not be accepted.

The undersigned reserve the right to cancel the

tender in unavoidable circumstances without stating any

reason thereof. But the cost of tender forms will not be

refunded at any rate.
