(2) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR amswer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this
selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051-PSC-105-
State PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the
Commission’s website (www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District
Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which
this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate.
Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited
from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated
against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 30-3-2013. Applications received after the
prescribed date will not be entertained.
The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the
Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public
Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta should reach the office on or before 30-3-2013. Application
for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be
refunded.

ally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the

post of Auxiliary Nurse Midwife in the insurance Medical
services Department on ` 6680-19790 (PR) in Kannur
District notified in the Gazette dated 30-4-2011 (Category
No. 57/2011) on the basis of the OMR Test held
on 23-2-2012.
The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical
sequence and the arrangement does not in any way indi-
cate their respective rank on the basis of the OMR Test.
The Alphabet ‘C’ shall be prefixed to all Register

Notes:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is

Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short
List does not confer any right on the candi-
date to be invited for Interview or for subse-

details furnished by the candidate in the appli-
cation and subsequent claims made will not
be entertained at any stage.

Four) marks and above are included in the
Main List of this Short List. The required
marks have been lowered to the extent neces-
sary in respect of the Supplementary Lists.

candidates whose answer scripts have been
invalidated due to various reasons as per
Notification No. 2911/12/EW dated 10-10-2012
is appended to this notification.
(5) The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.
(6) According to the existing procedure, revalua-
tion of Answer Script is not allowed. But
Answer Scripts will be rechecked, only after
the publication of the Ranked List, if applied
as per rules. Detailed instruction in this re-
gard will be issued in the notification of
Ranked List.

4-10-2012 and 21-11-2012 are appended to this
notification.
(5) The date, time and place of interview will be
intimated in due course.
(6) The candidates whose Register Numbers are
included in the Short List are directed to send
self attested copies of documents to prove
their claims made in the applications, i.e
Qualification, Date of Birth, Community (Caste
Certificate in the case of SC/ST candidates
and Non-creamy Layer Certificate as per
G. O. (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009
in the case of Backward Communities) and
other benefits if any to which they are entitled
to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service
Commission, District Office, Civil Station,
Kannur-670 002 within 15 days from the date
of publication of this notification. The Regis-
ter Numbers of those candidates who do not
produce the required documents within the
prescribed time limit and whose applications
are found otherwise defective will be deleted
from the Short List without further notice.
(7) Candidates may apply for rechecking/Photo-
copy of their answer script after the publica-
tion of Ranked List.
