Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this

selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051 PSC-800-

State-PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.gov. in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The

District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on

which this Ranked List is brought into force ie. on or before 20-10-2013. A copy of an answer sheet will be

issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be

issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own

and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is

20-10-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

II. A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect

from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of

cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and

printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered”.

The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of

Account “0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service

Commission District Office, Wayanad should reach the office on or before 20-10-2013. Application for rechecking received

after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The Ranked list will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in

force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and

orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendancy of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the ranked list

at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer script will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it in the prescribed application form along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee

of ` 50 (fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account “0051-PSC-105-State PSC

99 Examination fee”, addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-I, Kerala Public Service Commission,

Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004. Candidates can also apply for a photocopy of their answer scripts. The

application should be in the prescribed form (available on the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the

chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the

State under the head of account “0051-PSC-800 other receipts-99 other receipts” in the above said address.

Applications for rechecking and for obtaining photocopy of answer scripts should reach the Office with in 45

days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. Applications received after the stipulated time will not

be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded. Copy of the answer scripts of a test will be issued only once

to a candidate. Candidates are informed that they are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer script which is not

their own, and legal proceeding will be initiated against such persons.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from

the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or application form downloaded and

printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.gov. in. Applications submitted in any other manner

will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated

will not be considered. The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer

script is 24-10-2013.

The result of rechecking/copy of answer scripts of the candidates who apply as per rules will be intimated/

forwarded from this office.

Entries put in column 6 are based on the Communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-I, Kerala Public

Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the

benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any,

the candidate will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in

force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three

years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and

orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendancy of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the

list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a Chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only)

remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account ‘0051-PSC -105 State PSC-99 Examination

Fee’ and addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace P. O.,

Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has

come into force.

Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded form and printed in

A4 size paper from the Commission’s website www.keralapsc.gov.in. or photocopy there from. Application submitted in

any other manner will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the

prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and

the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection

shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Tresuries in the State under

the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99 other receipts”. The duly filled up application in the prescribed

form (available from the Commission’s Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy

Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom Palace P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within

45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only

once to a candidate. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and

legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for receipt application for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 24-10-2013.

Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form

will not be entertained.

Entries in column 8 are based on the communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and proved

by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public

Service Commission, Pattom Palace P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication

of this List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding

discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
