The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force

till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years

whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders

regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the

Commission during the pendancy of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies there

is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at

the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer script will be

rechecked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 (rupees Fifty only) remit-

ted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account, “0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination fee”,

addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-

695 004 should reach the office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force.

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost

from the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or it’s photocopy or downloaded form and printed in

A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any

other manner will not be considered. Applications for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have

been invalidated will not be considered.

In the case of candidates who send applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time

limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the recheking

will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and B) relating to this selection

shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of

Account, “0051-PSC-800-Other receipts-99-other receipts”). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available

from the Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Secretary

(Examinations)-II, Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which

the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of

OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer

sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

The last date for the receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 1-12-2012.

Applications for the rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form

will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 6 are based on the Communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidate whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations)-II, Kerala Public

Service Commission, Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the

benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any,

selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the Sate (Head of account: 0051 PSC-800-

State PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the

Commission’s website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public

Service Commission District Office, Thrissur on or before 20-12-2012. A copy of an answer sheet will be

issued only once to a candiate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be

issued. Candidates are prohibited form applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and

legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

A period of forty five days time for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect

from the date of approval of Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of

Ranked List.

Candidates desiring to recheck the answer script relating to the written test held for selection to the post may

apply for rechecking within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List.

“Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of

cost from the Enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or it’s photocopy or downloaded and

printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website: www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.”

The Application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for ` 50 under the

Head of account “0051-PSC 105-State PSC 99-Examination Fee”, addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public

Service Commission District Office, Thrissur, should reach the office on or before 20-12-2012. Application for

rechecking received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained and

fee once remitted will not be refunded.

SCSTDD dated 26-9-2009 shall produce the same along

with the other documents mentioned above as and when

called for. Such candidates in the main List who fail to

produce the required Community Certificate/Non-creamy

Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of

communal reservation and will be considered as open

competition candidates.

According to the existing procedure Re-valuation of

answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply

for rechecking of their answer scripts only after the

approval of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed

Instructions will be found in the Ranked List notification

for this post. Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR Test

held on 21-5-2011 will be issued to those candidates who

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type

(OMR) Test held on 31-7-2010 for selection to the post of Last Grade Servant (Ex-Servicemen only) on ` 4300-5930 (PR)

(Category No. 239/08) in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked

List is brought into force with effect from 16-10-2012. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new ranked

list after the expiry of minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this

list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as

amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendancy of the list.

As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included

in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all

for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed, but rechecking of marks will be

done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of

account “0051 PSC 105 STATE PSC 99 Examination Fee”. The marks awarded will be checked a second time and

discrepancies, if any, will be rectified. The original chalan receipt together with the application for rechecking should reach

the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days (30-11-2012) from the date of publication of the result.

The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Application for rechecking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be

considered. Candidates whose register number are not included in the Probability List are advised to refer notification

No. ER II (2) 5401/10/EW dated 8-12-2011 (appended with the Ranked List) for the register numbers of invalidated answer

scripts and the reasons thereof. Application for rechecking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form

available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded

and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission’s website-www.keralapsc.org/or photocopied therefrom. Applications

submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Candidates can, if required, obtain the photocopy of their OMR answer sheets. The application in the prescribed

form should be submitted within 45 (fortyfive) days of the publication of Ranked list alongwith the original chalan receipt

for ` 200 remitted in the Head of Account “0051-PSC-800 STATE PSC-99-Other Receipts”. The detailed instructions in this

regard and a specimen application form are appended with the Ranked List.

The entries put in column 8 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and

proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list

as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within

one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the

absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

All candidates except one whose answer script was invalidated are included in the Main List.

Note.—Weightage Marks for Nativity will be granted subject to final orders in WA No. 618/12 pending before the

Honourable High Court of Kerala.
