vehicles listed hereunder. These vehicles were seized

under Section 52 (1) and being proceeded under Section

61A of Kerala Forest Act, 1961. The Re-tender/tender-cum-

auction will be conducted on 14-5-2014 at 2 p. m. in

accordance with the judgment of Honarable High Court of

Kerala in MACA 1458/2006 dated 2-12-2008 and the

directions from Government of Kerala in Circular

No. 89584/G3/08/Home dated 5-1-2009. The Divisional

Forest Officer, Marayoor or the Officer authorized by him

will conduct the Re-tender/tender-cum-auction at the

Office of the Divisional Forest Officer, Sandal Division,

It is hereby notified for the information of the public that tender-cum-auction sale of Teak Poles, Miscellaneous

Poles, Teak firewood and miscellaneous firewood available at Kanhirakkadavu Dumping Depot in Karulai Range of this

Division as mentioned in the schedule below will be conducted on the dates noted against each by the Divisional Forest

Officer, Nilambur South Division or any other Officer authorised by him for the purpose subject to the conditions

published by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide number

Pro. (5) 43797/2013 dated 22-11-2013 in Kerala Gazette No. 49 dated 10-12-2013 in Forest pages 815 to 821. If the date of

auction happens to be a public holiday the sale will be conducted at the next working day at the same place and time. If

the rate fetched in auction sale founds to be not reasonable, the auction sale including the no bid lots will be conducted

again at the same place and time as scheduled in column 6 of the table below. If the materials are not sold out in the

second date at reasonable prices, the auction sale will be conducted on the third date including the no bid lots of 1st

and 2nd date at the same place and date as scheduled in Column 7 of the table below. Further details in this regard
