QUOTATION-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE

No. C5-61390/2013/SB.

24th April 2014.

Sealed quotations are invited for the disposal of the

following items.

(1) 69 numbers of condemned/unserviceable

Tyres & Tubes.

(2) 87 items of condemned/unserviceable spare

parts.

(3) 10 numbers of scrap battery.

The sealed quotations should be reached to

Superintendent of Police (Admn.), SBCID Headquarters,

Thiruvananthapuram by registered post before 3 p. m. on

18-5-2014. The auction will be conducted at 11 a. m. on

19-5-2014

at

SBCID

Headquarters,

Pattom,

Thiruvananthapuram.

The quotations for the above three items should be

accompanied by an EMD of ` 2,000 for "Tyres & Tubes,

unserviceable spare parts and scrap battery-Tender" by DD

drawn in favour of Superintendent of Police (Admn.),

SBCID Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram in any

Nationalized Bank. The sealed quotations will be opened

immediately after the public auction.

Public auction will also be conducted for the disposal

of the above three items and EMD of ` 2,000 in cash to

be deposited for participating in the public auction. The

highest of the amount offered in the Quotation/Auction

will be accepted. The highest bidder has to remit the half

of bid amount (including EMD) with ST admissible

immediately on accepting the bid.

The articles can be seen at the MT Office, SBCID

Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram between 11 a. m. and

4 p. m. on all working days with the consent of

Superintendent of Police (Admn.) SBCID Headquarters,

Thiruvananthapuram.

Headquarters will have the right to stop the auction

proceedings or to postpone the auction at any stage

without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of

the Superintendent of Police (Administration) will be final.
