The tender forms can be had from the office of the

undersigned on all working days from 22-5-2014 to

27-5-2014 during working hours in between 10.15 a.m. to

3 p.m. and upto 1.00 p.m. on 28-5-2014 on application in

writing, proving the eligibility and on payment of cost

and VAT. Tenders for the work shall be submitted in

sealed cover with superscription of the name of work and

tender number on or before 3 p.m. on 3-6-2014 to the

Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering Central

Circle, Ernakulam-18. Tenders received after 3 p.m. on

3-6-2014 due to postal delay or on any other reasons will

not be considered. Department will not be responsible for

any such delays. If the last date of receipt of tender

happens to be a holiday, tender will be accepted upto

3 p.m. on the next working day. Preliminary Agreement

signed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100/- and document

for required EMD pledged in favour of the Superintending

Engineer, Harbour Engineering Central Circle, Ernakulam-18

are also to be submitted along with the tender. The tender

submitted without preliminary agreement and required

EMD will be rejected outright. The tenders will be opened

at 3.30 p.m. on the last date of receipt of tender in the

presence of tenderers/authorized agents present at the

time. The firm period of the tender shall be four months

from the date of opening of the tender. All the conditions

in the Kerala P.W.D. and all other conditions prevailing for

consideration of tenders will be applicable to these

tenders also. Government Order No. (RT)255/2004/F&PD

dated 29-6-2004 and allied orders will be applicable for

these tenders. Also G.O.(Ms)No. 96/2013/PWD dated,

22-11-2013 is applicable to this tender. The undersigned

reserves the right to reject the application for issuance of

tender forms and also the submitted tender of any

tenderer without assigning any reason. While evaluating

tenders, regard would be paid to national defence and

security consideration.

of Governor of Kerala, for the following works from

experienced firms, having accreditation with Ministry of

Environment and Forests, Government of India.

Tender Number and Description of Work—

4/HENC/2014-2015—Rapid Environment Impact Assessment

(EIA) Studies and preparation of Environment

Management Plan (EMP) and obtaining approval from

Ministry of Environment and Forests, Government of

India for the proposed Fishing Harbour at Parappanangadi

in Malappuram District.

Period—To be specified by the consultant tenderer.

The tender should be superscribed Tender for EIA

Studies and addressed to the Superintending Engineer,

Harbour Engineering Department (North Circle),

Eranhipalam P. O., Kozhikode-673 006. The tenders should

reach the undersigned on or before 3 p.m. on

21-5-2014. The tenders will be opened at 4 p.m. on

21-5-2014 in the presence of such tenderers or their

authorised representatives, who will be present at that

` 2,600+VAT, being the cost of tender form. Cheques,

Postal Orders, Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards

the cost of tender forms. Tender forms will be available

with the undersigned on all working days from 12-5-2014

to 15-5-2014 and sale will be closed at 1 p.m. on

15-5-2014. The tender forms are not transferable. The

completed tenders along with the experience certificate

should reach this office on or before 3 p.m. on 21-5-2014.

Detailed terms of reference for carrying out the

studies will be supplied along with the tender forms.

Further details regarding the works can be had from the

office of the Superintending Engineer, Harbour Engineering

Department, Kozhikode on all working days.

All other conditions pertaining to tender in

Government Departments will be applicable to this

tender also.
