The Superintending Engineer, Minor Irrigation

Central Circle, Ernakulam on behalf of the Governor of

Kerala invites competitive tenders in sealed covers

superscribing the name of work from eligible Contractors

registered in Kerala PWD/Irrigation Department.

Tenders will be received by registered post/Speed

post only. Tenders submitted directly or by courier service

will be rejected. The tenders received after the stipulated

date and time due to postal delays or any other reason

will not be considered.

Tenders will be opened by the Superintending

Engineer, or the officer authorized by her in the presence

of the tenderers or their authorized agents present at that

time. If the last date of receipt of tender happens to be

holiday, tenders will be received and opend on the next

working day. the firm period of the tenders will be 4

months from the date of receipt of the tender.

Construction Workers Welfare Fund Rule (2), the contrac-

tor is liable to remit 1% of the total expenditure of work

done towards the KCWW fund. All rules and regulations

of tenders prevailing in the Irrigation Department/PWD are

applicable to this tender also.
