Thiruvananthapuram

Case No. CC44/S13-23266/2014/Camp. 12th May 2014.

Whereas, complaint has been made before me

by the District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural

that Sri Aji @ Phantom Aji, s/o Sathyan, Puthuval Puthen

Veedu, Vettukad, Balanagar Colony, TNRA-239,

Kadakampalli Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has

committed or suspected to have committed following

offences:

And, it has been returned to Order of detention

No. CC44/S13. 23266/2014/Camp. dated 17-4-2014 of this

Court, there upon issued that Sri Aji @ Phantom Aji,

cannot be found and whereas it has shown to my

satisfaction that the said Sri Aji @ Phantom Aji has

absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service of

the said Order of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said

Sri Aji @ Phantom Aji of Thiruvananthapuram District to

appear before the office of The Deputy Commissioner of

Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City within 30 days of

the publication of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
