Read:—This Office U. O. Note No. CS7/1691/14 dated
31-5-2014.
Vide reference cited above, ordered the winding up of
M/s. Puthentheruvu HWCS Ltd. No. 3400. A liquidator
has to be appointed for the purpose.
In the above circumstances stated above, I in
exercise of powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2)
of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby order the winding up of
the affairs of M/s. Puthentheruvu HWCS Ltd. No. 3400
and authorise Sri Ajayakumar, R., Senior Co-operative
Inspector, District Industries Centre, Thiruvananthapuram as
Liquidator. He will take charge of the assets and records of
the society immediately and report the date of taking
charge of the society and periodical report on the progress
of the work will be forwarded promptly.
