The Director of Agriculture, Directorate of
Agriculture, Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites
online bids from the Registered Bidders of PWD/WRD.

Tender documents and tender schedule may be
downloaded free of cost from the e-GP Website
www.etenders.kerala.gov.in. A bid submission fee of
` 16,300 shall be remitted as online payment.
All bid/tender documents are to be submitted
online only and in the designated cover(s)/envelope(s)
on the e-GP website. Tenders/bids shall be accepted only
through online mode on the e-GP Website and no manual
submission of the same shall be entertained. Late tenders
will not be accepted.
The scanned copies of Registration Certificate duly
attested by the Superintending Engineer/Executive
Engineer/State Agricultural Engineer/ Executive Engineer
(Agri.), Preliminary Agreement and EMD Exemption
Certificate (if any) shall be submitted online and
subsequently in a separate cover physically. More details
on EMD & Cost of tender documents/ bid submission
fee are mentioned in the Form 83 document.

The bids shall be opened online at the Director of
Agriculture, Directorate of Agriculture, Vikas Bhavan, on
21-7-2014 in the presence of the Bidders/their
representatives who wish to attend at the above address.
If the tender opening date happens to be a holiday or
non-working day due to any other valid reason, the
tender opening process will be done on the next working
day at same time and place.
Online Tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a
preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper
worth `100. Tenders/bids received online without the
preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be
summarily rejected. Further details can be had from the
NIT or Director Agriculture, Directorate of Agriculture,
Vikas Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram during working hours.
All other existing conditions related to e-tendering of
Kerala Government Departments will be applicable in this
tender also. The Department will not be responsible for
any error like missing of schedule data while downloading
by the Bidder.
