the work is invited by the undersigned for and on behalf
of the Governor of Kerala from registered eligible
contractors for the following work.
Tender No. and Name of Work with PAC—2/2014-15-
Renovation of the flooring of Hall and steps in the
Office of the Chief Conservator of Forests, Southern
Circle, Kollam during 2014-15—` 2.30 lakhs.
E.M.D.—` 5,750.
Cost of tender form—` 500+VAT.
Period for completion—15 days.
Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained
from the office of the undersigned on application in
writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either
in cash or by Money Order (not refundable) up to 1 p. m.
on 29-7-2014. The filled up and sealed tenders will be
accepted at the office of the undersigned up to 3 p. m.
on 29-7-2014 and will be opened by the undersigned or
an officer authorized by him, on the same day at 3.30 p. m.
in the presence of tenderers in the office of Chief
Conservator of Forests (SC), Kollam. Tender can be
submitted to the undersigned by registered post also. If
the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working
day will be the due date.
The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD) noted against the works should
be paid along with the tenders by DD/FDR (Cheque will
not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned
payable at any Nationalized Bank at Kollam. Incomplete
tenders or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected
without any notice. All rights reserved with the
undersigned to cancel any work mentioned at any time
without any reason. The undersigned reserves all the
right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons
thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala
PWD are applicable to this tender also. If the tender
does not takes place on 29-7-2014 due to any reason, it
will be conducted on 5-8-2014 or 12-8-2014 at 3.30 p. m.
at the same venue.
