Sealed tenders are invited for the Construction of

Open Auditorium for Government Engineering College,

Painavu, Idukki. The envelope containing the tenders

superscripted with the Number, Name of tender and due

date for the tender must be addressed to the Principal,

Government Engineering College, Painavu, Idukki.

Tender No.—05/14 (P1/2592/2014).

Name of work—Construction of Open Auditorium.

Last date and time of sale of tender—6-8-2014,

1 p. m.

Last date and time of receipt of tender—6-8-2014,

2 p. m.

Opening date and time of tender—6-8-2014,

3 p. m.

Cost of the tender form is ` 400 + VAT @ 5% by

cash for original and additional of ` 50 for postage.

Belated tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be

opened in the presence of such tenderers or their

authorized representative who may be present at that time.

Cheques/Drafts/Postal Orders are not acceptable. Further

details can be had from this office.

The tender forms which are not accompanied by the

agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and an

Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total cost of the

items offered will be rejected. Outside firms, who desire to

be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an

additional amount of ` 100 along with cost of tender form.

The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned

upto 1 p. m. on 6-8-2014 by cash and by money order

upto 3 p. m. on 25-7-2014.
