It is notified for the information of the public that the materials collected, Teak poles 4th class, Teak billet and

fire wood by final felling from 1952 Teak Plantation, Ayiranalloor, timber below 75 cm. and Acacia butt ends collected

from 1995 Acacia Auriculiformis Plantation, Vellila, Jungle wood, fire wood collected from 2003 Acacia Plantation,

Chandanakavu of Anchal Range, 2001 Acacia Auriculiformis plantation, Poovalikuzhy and 2001 Acacia Auriculiformis

Plantation, Piravanthoor in Pathanapuram Range of Punalur Forest Division will be sold in tender cum auction at the time

and place mentioned in the schedule here to attached by the Divisional Forest Officer, Punalur or any other officer

authorized by him for the purpose, subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No.49 dt. 10-12-2013 vide

Notification No. Pro. (5)-26274/2012 dtd. 22-11-2013 of the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (P), Forest

Headquarters, Thiruvananthapuram and other sale conditions prevalent in the Forest Department. This gazette notification

is available in the official website of Kerala Forest Department, www.keralaforest.org. & www.keralaforest.gov.in. Any

further amendments if any made to the sale conditions by the Government after the publication of this sale notification

will also be applicable to the sale. If the notified date of tender cum auction declared to be a holiday, the same will be

conducted on the very next working day of the date fixed for each auction at the same place and time and if the sale is

not possible on the notified due date, due to other reasons the same will be conducted on the alternate date shown in

the schedule at the same place and time without further notification. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves

about the quality and quantity of the materials put up for sale before the commencement of the auction and any

complaints raised whatsoever will not be entertained once the sale proceedings are over. In case, any Government

Department requires any of the materials put up for auction, the quantity remaining after their selection only will be

auctioned. The Tender cum Auction will commence at the time noted in the schedule in the dumping site and will

continue till the sale of materials lotted for the day is over.

Tender forms can be obtained from the Range Forest Office, Pathanapuram/Anchal respectively till 5 p.m. on the

working day before the date of auction on payment of ` 200 + VAT. The last date and time of receipt of tender is 9 a.m.

on the auction date. The undersigned is reserved all rights to exclude or include any quantity at any time without any

further notice.

Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the

undersigned on behalf of the Governor of Kerala in the

prescribed form from eligible contractors registered with

Kerala PWD for following civil works in Kuttiady and

Thamarassery Forest Ranges during 2014-15. The tender

is fixed to be conducted on 6-8-2014. The tender

documents can be purchased from the office of the

undersigned during office hours upto 1 p.m. upto

6-8-2014. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The

tender documents should be properly filled up and

should be submitted on or before 2.30 p.m. on 6-8-2014. It

should be accompanied by all necessary documents,

along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD,

or Fixed Deposit or National Saving Certificate or any

approved Certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest

Officer, Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending

tenderers should furnish a preliminary agreement in Stamp

Paper worth ` 100 along with tender for each work.

Incomplete tenders, or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened

and scrutinized at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the

presence of those tenderers who are present at the time

by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer

authorised by him. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves

the right to reject any tender either partly or in full,

without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender date

happens to be a holiday, or the tender could not be

conducted on the notified date, due to any other reasons,

the tender will be conducted at the same place and time

on the next working day, as per the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the works could

not be conducted on the said date/dates, tender for such

works will be conducted at the above place and time with

same conditions on 11-8-2014. If tender could not be

conducted even on this date, necessary tenders conducted

for the entire work or balance works for which tenders

have not been received on the following dates with same

conditions on 13-8-2014 or 16-8-2014 respectively.

Cost of tender forms is ` 600 + VAT. All existing

rules, regulations, directions etc., prescribed by Kerala

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 20-8-2014 at

the office of the Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife

Division, Sulthan Bathery. The tender forms can be

purchased from the office of the undersigned during

office hours up to 1 p. m. on all working days till the

tender date. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The

intending tenderer should apply with proof of identity

such as Electoral Identity Card, Driving Licence, Indian

Passport etc. along with the Registration Certificate in

original to get the tender form. The tender form should

be properly filled up and should be submitted on or

before 2 p. m. on the date of tender. It should be

accompanied by all necessary documents along with the

Earnest Money Deposit by way of Bankers DD or Fixed

Deposit or National Savings Certificate pledged in favour

of Deputy Conservator of Forests & Wildlife Warden,

Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery payable at

Sulthan Bathery. The intending tenderers should also

furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth

` 100 along with tender for each work.

Incomplete tender

or tenders without necessary documents or tenders not in

accordance with tender conditions will not be

accepted.

Tenders will be opened by the Wildlife

Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on

the same day, in the presence of those tenderers who are

present at that time.

The Deputy Conservator of

Forests & Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any

tender, either partly or wholly without assigning any

reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on

the notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted

at the same place and time on the next working day as

per the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could
