accepted at the office of the undersigned up to 3 p. m.

presence of tenderers. Tenders can be submitted to the
undersigned by registered post also. If the due date happens
to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.
The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest
Money Deposit (EMD) noted against the works should be
paid along with the tenders by DD/FDR (Cheque will not be
acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at
any Nationalized Bank at Marayoor. Incomplete tenders or
tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected without any
notice. The undersigned reserves all the right to reject any
tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other
conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD are applicable to this
tender also. If the tender does not takes place on
28-8-2014 due to any reason it will be conducted on
3-9-2014 at 3.30 p. m.

It is notified that the timber and teak poles collected from the 1973 Njayappilly teak plantation of Thundathil Range
by way of IVth Silvicultural thinning will be sold in Tender/Auction sale subject to Tender/Auction sale conditions
published in Kerala Gazette No. 29 dated 25-12-2012 in Part III on Pages 456 to 461 (Forest Sheet) by Chief Conservator
of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide No. Pro. (5)-26274/12 dated 11-12-2012 and other rules in force. The
details of materials are furnished in the schedule below. Tender forms will be sold from Divisional Forest Office, Malayattor
and the Forest Range Office, Thundathil on payment of ` 200 plus VAT and Cess. The tender form will be sold till
20-8-2014, 3 p.m. The tender will be accepted on the date of Tender/Auction sale up to 9 a. m. at the Forest Range
Office, Thundathil. If the date fixed for tender/Auction happens to be a public holiday, harthal or strike, the auction sale
will be held on the next working day at the scheduled time and place. Tender will be opened immediately after auction
sale. Quantity notified is only approximate. Teak poles taken to stock upto the day before the auction will be included in
the sale. If there is no bid or part bid in first date of auction proposed, the undisposed materials will be put up for sale
in subsequent dates as shown in the schedule at the same time and place.

815 to 821 (Forest Sheet) by the Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide
Notification No. Pro. (5)-26274/12 dated 22-11-2013 and other rules in force as per the schedule furnished below. Tender
forms will be available in the Forest Range Office, Kalady on payment of ` 200 plus VAT and tender will be accepted on
the date of Tender/Auction sale up to 9 a.m. at the Forest Range Office, Kalady. Tenders received after the stipulated date
