appointed
as
the
liquidator
of
M/s. Sree Shirdisai Vanitha HWCS T. 687. Now he has
been transferred from that office. Hence this order.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above, I in exercise of
powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) of the
KCS Act 1969 do hereby Order the winding up of the
affairs of M/s. Sree Shirdisai Vanitha HWCS T.687 and
authorise Sri Shamnad, R., Junior Co-operative Inspector
(Handloom), Avanakuzhy Circle as Liquidator. He will take
charge of the assets and records of the society
immediately and report the date of taking charge of the
society and periodical report on the process of the work
will be forwarded promptly.

In the above circumstances stated above, I in exercise

per
the
proceedings
cited
above,
Sri S. Jayakumar, Industries Inspector, Nedumangad Circle
was appointed liquidator of Industrial Co-operative
Societies in Nedumangad. In the above proceedings,
the designation of Sri S. Jayakumar who is a
Senior Co-operative Inspector has been given as Junior
Co-operative
Inspector.
The designation of
Sri S. Jayakumar has to be corrected. Hence this order.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above, Sri S. Jayakumar,
Senior Co-operative Inspector, Nedumangad Circle is
hereby appointed liquidator of Industrial Co-operative
Societies in Nedumangadu, the list of which is enclosed
herewith.
Sri S. Jayakumar, will take charge of the assets and
