Competitive sealed tenders are invited by the

undersigned on behalf of Governor of Kerala in the

prescribed form from eligible contractors registered with

Kerala PWD for following civil works in Thamarassery,

Kuttiady and Peruvannamuzhy Forest Ranges during

2014-15. The tender is fixed to be conducted on 23-9-2014.

The tender documents can be purchased from the office

of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p.m. on

23-9-2014. Cost of tender form is non refundable. The

tender documents should be properly filled up and

should be submitted on or before 2.30 p.m. on 23-9-2014.

It should be accompanied by all necessary documents,

along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of bankers DD

or Fixed Deposit or National Saving Certificate or any

approved certificate drawn in favour of Divisional Forest

Officer, Kozhikode, payable at Kozhikode. The intending

tenderers should furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp

paper worth ` 100 along with tender for each work.

Incomplete tenders, or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened

and scrutinized at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the

presence of those tenderers who are present at the time

by the Divisional Forest Officer, Kozhikode or an officer

authorised by him. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves

the right to reject any tender either partly or in full,

without assigning any reason thereof. If the tender date

happens to be a holiday, or the tender could not be

conducted on the notified date, due to any other reasons,

the tender will be conducted at the same place and time

on the next working day, as per the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could

not be conducted or tenders have not been received on

the said date, tender for such works will be conducted at

the above place and time with same conditions on 25-9-

2014. or 27-9-2014 respectively.

Cost of tender form is from ` 400 + VAT and upto

to ` 1,500+VAT All existing rules, regulations, directions

etc. prescribed by Kerala PWD and Forest Department in

respect of civil works shall be applicable for this tender

also.

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 17-9-2014 at

the office of the Deputy Conservator of Forests &

Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan

Bathery. The tender forms can be purchased from the

office of the undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m.

on all working days till the tender date. Cost of tender

form is non refundable. The intending tenderer should

apply with proof of identity such as Electoral Identity

Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport etc. along with the

Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form.

The tender form should be properly filled up and should

be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on 17-9-2014. It should

be accompanied by all necessary documents along with

the Earnest Money Deposit by way of Bankers DD or

Fixed Deposit or National Savings Certificate pledged in

favour of Deputy Conservator of Forests and Wildlife

Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery

payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending tenderers

should also furnish a preliminary agreement in stamp

paper worth ` 100 along with tender of each

work.

Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened

by the Deputy Conservator of Forests and Wildlife

Warden or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on

17-9-2014, in the presence of those tenderers who are

present at that time.

The Deputy conservator of Forests

and Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any

tender, either partly or wholly without assiging any reason

thereof. If the tender could not be conducted on the

notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at

the same place and time on the next working day as per

the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could

not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for

such work/works will be conducted at the same place

and time with same conditions on 24-9-2014. If the tender

could not be conducted on that day also, it will be

conducted on 1-10-2014. If it could not be conducted on

that day also, it will be conducted on 8-10-2014. All

existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions

prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department

and Store Purchase Department in respect of Civil Works

shall be applicable in these works and tender also.

Kannur. After receiving the tenders, the vehicles will be auctioned at 3.30 p. m. among the tenderers and the tender will

be opened on the same day after the auction in their presence by the undersigned or an officer authorized by him at his

office at Kannothumchal, Kannur. Tender forms will be sold from the office upto 1 p. m. on the tender date. The tender/
