work should be superscribed on the envelope. Tenders

can be submitted upto 1 p.m. on 26-9-2014 and will be

opened on 26-9-2014 at 2 p.m. in the presence of the

tenderers or their authorized representatives present at

the time of opening. All the conditions regarding notice

inviting tenders in the Kerala PWD and allied orders will

be applicable to this tender. If the office happens to be

closed on the specified date of tender, tenders will be

The Executive Engineer (Agriculture), Northern Region,

Kozhikode-673 004, Kerala for and on behalf of the Governor

PWD/WRD.

Preliminary Agreement and EMD exemption certificate (if any)

shall be submitted online and subsequently in a separate

cover physically. More details on EMD & Cost of tender

documents/ bid submission fee are mentioned in the Form 83

document.

The bids shall be opened online at the Office of the

Executive Engineer (Agri.), Kozhikode on 26-9-2014, 11.30 a.m

by the Executive Engineer (Agri.) in the presence of the

Bidders/their representatives who wish to attend at the above

address. If the tender opening date happens to be on a holiday

or non-working day due to any other valid reason, the tender

opening process will be done on the next working day at

same time and place.

Online tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a

preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth

` 100. Tenders/ bids received online without the preliminary

agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily

rejected. Further details can be had from the NIT or Office of

the Executive Engineer (Agri.), Kozhikode during working

hours.

All other existing conditions related to e-tendering of
