In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of

Section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53

of 1952), the Government of Kerala hereby

remove the name of Sri A. Abdul Khader, Advocate &

State Notary, ‘Soumya’, Killi, Kollode P.O., Kattakkada,

Thiruvananthapuram (Notary Reg. No. 115/97/TVPM) from

the Register of Notaries with effect from 2-12-2012 since

he could not get his Certificate of Practice renewed.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries

Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby

re-appoint Sri Varghese Mammen, Advocate, Punchamannil,

Bethania, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta-689 101 as Notary for

a further period of five years with effect from 12-7-2013 in

the area comprising the whole State of Kerala with

Reg. No. 1/2004/PTA.
