Whereas, the Executive Engineer, KSEB Electrical

Division, Mananthavady has deposited with this Court a

sum of ` 8,06,640 (Rupees Eight Lakh Six Thousand Six

Hundred and Forty only) as compensation for distribution

to the dependents of the deceased Sri Rajesh, K. S.,

Kochuparambil House, Kabanigiri P.O., Padichira,

Pulppally, Wayanad who met with fatal accident on

working under Electrical Section, Pulppally, Wayanad on

18-4-2014 and whereas it is reported that

(1) Sasidharan (Father),

(2) Santha (Mother)

are his only dependents as defined under Section 2(1) (d)

of the employees’ Compensation Act, 1923. Any other

claiming to be such dependents should within

15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala

Government Gazette prefer their claims in writing before

me and from the same. If no such claims are received

within the prescribed time the entire amount of

compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned

above and claim preferred thereafter will not be

considered.
