DECLARATION OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION OF
PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
No. F3/2011/329/10/500.
20th November 2014.
Whereas Sri Abdusalam, s/o Muhammed residing
in Ayanikuth Veedu, Odayikkal, Pullippadam of
Pullippadam Village, Nilambur Taluk, Malappuram
District has purchased for ` 8,59,000 (Eight lakh
fifty nine thousand Rupees only). The immovable property
specified below at the sale held in public auction on
the 15th day of January 2013 for recovery of Bank
Loan arrears amounting to ` 3,72,985 + 13 % interest
for the period with effect from 1-4-2011 due from
Sri Muhammedali, s/o Mayinkutty, Palakkapalliyali,
T. B. Road, Wandoor Village, Nilambur Taluk, Malappuram
District and whereas the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna
has confirmed the sale on his order No. B-2802/13
dated 25-10-2014. Under Section 54 of the Kerala
Revenue Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared Under
sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the said Act that the
said Sri Abdusalam s/o Muhammed, Ayanikuth Veedu,
Odayikkal, Pullippadam is the lawful successor to all
rights of the former land- holder in the said immovable
property.
