KERALA LABOUR WELFARE FUND BOARD
NOTIFICATION
No. S1-4132/08.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 42 of
the Kerala Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1975 (II of 1977) read
with sub-section (2) of Section 25 thereof, the Kerala
Labour Welfare Fund Board, with the previous approval
of the Government of Kerala, hereby make the following
regulations to amend the Kerala Labour Welfare Fund
Board Employees Contributory Provident Fund
Regulations, 1984, issued by Notification No. D-148/94
dated, 12th January, 1999 and published in the Kerala
Gazette Part IV dated, 23rd February, 1999 namely:—
REGULATIONS
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) These regulations
may be called the Kera1a Labour Welfare Fund Board
Employees Contributory Provident Fund (Amendment)
Regulations, 2014.
(2) They shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment of the Regulations.—In the Kerala Labour
Welfare Fund Board Employees Contributory Provident
Fund Regulations, 1984, in Chapter I, in Regulation 2, in
item (e) the words or “part time” shall be omitted.
