In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3

and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952)

read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956

the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint

Sri Mammen Iype, Advocate, s/o Sri T. M. Iype,

Naluzhathil, Puthencavu P. O., Chengannur, Alappuzha as

Notary for a further period of five years with effect from

2-12-2014 in the area comprising the Revenue Sub

Division of Chengannur in the Revenue District of

Alappuzha with Register No. 1/2004/ALPA.
