Tripunithura.

The tenders should be superscribed "Tender for

the repairing works of Biogas Plant of Govt. Ayurveda

College Hospital, Tripunithura and addressed to the

Principal, Govt. Ayurveda College, Tripunithura".

Cost of tender form (Non-refundable):

Original—` 420 (Including Taxes).

Duplicate— ` 210 (Including Taxes).

` 50 will be charged extra towards the postage of the

tender form has to be sent by post.

13-1-2015, 10.30 a. m. to 2 p. m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender form—

15-1-2015, 2 p. m.

Date and time for opening of tenders—15-1-2015,

Intending tenderers may on application to the

Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura

obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance.

The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage

Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of

forms nor will the form be sent per V. P. P.
