NOTICE CONVENING FINAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of Section 497

of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable

provisions if any of the Companies Act 2013 and the rules

made thereunder including any statutory modifications or

re-enactment thereof, that a General Meeting of the

Members of the above named Company will be held at the

Registered Office of the Company on the 18th day of

November, 2014 at 10 a.m. for the purpose of having

an account laid before them showing the manner in which

the winding-up has been conducted and the property of

the Company disposed of and of hearing any explanation

that may be given by the Liquidator and also of

determining by a special resolution of the company, the

manner in which the books, accounts and documents of

the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
