Vide reference cited above, Sri Chandrababu, Senior

Co-operative Inspector (HL), Vizhinjam Circle was

appointed as the Liquidator of M/s. Durga Harijan

HWCS T.727. Now he has been transferred from

that office. Hence this order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, I in exercise of

powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) of the KCS

Act 1969 do hereby Order the winding up of the affairs

of M/s. Durga Harijan HWCS T.727 and reauthorise

Sri B. Vinod Kumar, Junior Co-operative Inspector,

Vizhinjam Circle as Liquidator. He will take charge of the

assets and records of the society immediately and report

the date of taking charge of the society and periodical

report on the process of the work will be forwarded

promptly.
