ERRATUM NOTIFICATIONS

In the Notification u/s 9 (2) of Survey and Boundaries

Act, 1961 published in the Kerala Gazette, Part III dated

26th August 2014 in Pages 5494, 5495, 5496, 5497, 5498,

5499 and 5500 in connection with the acquisition of land

for widening of Thalassery Valavupara Road for KSTP in

Thiruvangad Village, the description in the title of columns

5 and 6 of the schedules relating to the extent of various

Survey Nos. in Ref. A 626/2005, A 627/2005, A 631/2005,

A639/05, A642/2005, A 643/2005, A 648/2005,

A 649/2005, A 650/2005, A 654/2005, A 655/2005,

A 656/2005, A 657/2005, A 660/2005 and A 661/2005 given

as “Area in Hectares” is not correct. This is hereby

corrected as area in Meter Square instead of Area in

Hectares and it may be read as “Meter Square”.

The Block No. 68 given in Ref. A631/2005 dated

17-5-2014 in Page 5495 of the above said Gazette is not

correct. This is corrected as Block No. 79. This Erratum

notification is hereby issued only to rectify the said errors.

widening of Thalassery-Valavupara Road for KSTP in

Thiruvangad Village, the description in the title of columns

5 and 6 of the schedules relating to the extent of various

Survey Nos. in Ref. A 619/05, A 621/05, A 622/05,

A 623/05, A 624/05, A 625/05, A 629/05, A 630/05 and

A 634/05 dated 17-5-2014 given as “Area in Hectares” is

not correct. This is hereby corrected as area in

‘Meter Square’ instead of ‘Area in Hectares’ and it may be

read as “Meter Square”. This erratum notification is

hereby issued only to rectify the said errors.
