undersigned or an officer authorized by him, on the same

day at 3.30 p. m. at the Office of the Divisional Forest

Officer, Ranni in the presence of the contractors

attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a

holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest

Money Deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders by Demand Draft (Cheque will not

be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned

payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled Bank.

Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are liable to

be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject

any tender without assigning any reasons thereof.

All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala P.W.D. and

Forest Department are applicable to this tender also. The

tenders not containing the prescribed preliminary

agreement in stamp paper worth ` 150 will be summarily

rejected. If there is no response to any of the works

included in this notification, the same will be again

tendered on 6-2-2015 or 11-2-2015 as per the same

conditions mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

5th & 6th of February 2015 (5-2-2015, 6-2-2015) at the

Government Sandal Depot, Marayoor. Those who registered

The Divisional Forest Officer, Sandal Division,

Marayoor reserves all the right to exclude any class or

quantity of sandalwood shown in the schedule above for

sale. EMD amount ` 50,000 can be remitted thorugh

online payment system to MSTC by 6 p.m. on the

previous day of the e-auction. The buyer registration

number has to be mentioned while paying the EMD. For

the benefit of the bidders who are not well versed with

online transactions, for some initial period, Range Forest

Officer, Marayoor will entertain receipt of EMD in the form

of Demand Draft payable at SBT, Munnar Branch drawn

in favour of Range Forest Officer, Marayoor as was

done in the old system, by 2 p.m. on the previous day of

e-auction. Only the registered customers who will submit

the EMD will be able to participate against the eligible

lots in e-auction. If the sale value of bid material is not

paid within the specified time period against any of the bid

lot by the H1 bidder, the EMD will be forfeited.

The successful bidder 35% of the bid value, after

adjusting the EMD already remitted, shall be paid within 7

working days of issuance of acceptance letter. The mode

of payment is through e-treasury of Government of Kerala

or Demand Draft (DD) drawn in favour of Range Forest

Officer, Marayoor payable at State Bank of Travancore,

Munnar or by cash in sub-Treasury, Devikulam. If any

amount is charged by bank for clearing the DD, the same

shall be borne by the bidder himself.

The purchaser should give at least 7 days notice of

his intention to take delivery to the Range Officer,

Marayoor supported by receipted chalans in token of

payment.

If any modifications or change in the sale conditions

are intimated by the Addl. Principal Chief Conservator of

Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram that will also be

applicable to this e-auction sale and it will be informed to

the bidder before e-auction. The undersigned reserves the

right to alter the quantities of sandal materials mentioned

in the above schedule or to cancel the e-auction of any

sandal materials without further notice.

the office of the undersigned at Viripara. Earnest money

in the form of the demand draft or FDR from any

scheduled or Nationalized Bank duly pledged in favour

of the undersigned should be submitted along with

the tender. The tender should be accompanied by a

preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 100

otherwise the tender will be rejected outright.

The last date of issue of tender form will be up to

1 p.m. on 31-1-2015.

Tenders which do not accompany earnest money in

the above said manner will be rejected summarily. The

Divisional Forest Officer, Mankulam reserves the right to

reject the tender without assigning any reason thereof.

If the day proposed for tender happens to be a public

holiday, if the tender cannot be conducted due to lack of

enough number of tenders or due to any other reasons,

the same will be conducted on 2-2-2015 that too, if not

happens, the same will conducted on 3-2-2015 without any

change in the place and time. All the conditions regarding

the execution of civil works in Kerala Public Works

Department will be applicable in the case of this works.

It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that Teak Poles collected from 1977 Mullappana Teak

Plantation of Pariyaram Range of Chalakudy Forest Division will be sold in Tender/Auction sale subject to detailed

Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 49 dated 10-12-2013 vide notification

No. Pro(5) 26274/12 dated 22-11-2013 of Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram and other rules in

force, as per schedule furnished below. Tender forms will be available in Divisional Forest Office, Chalakudy Division,

Chalakudy on payment of ` 400 plus VAT. Sealed tenders will be received at Divisional Forest Office, Chalakudy

Division, upto 3 p. m. on the working day prior to the auction date and tenders received after the stipulated date and

time will not be entertained. If the date fixed for Tender/Auction happens to be a public holiday, harthal or strike, the

Auction sale will be held on the next working day at the scheduled time and place. Tender will be opened immediately

after auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves

about the quality and quantity of the thinned materials put up for Tender/Auction sale and no complaints will be

entertained later regarding the same. Further details of Tender/Auction sale will be available from this office (Phone

No. 0480-2701340, e-mail: dfo [email protected]) or Palappilly Range Office. Quantity notified is only approximate.

Teak poles taken to stock up to a day before the auction, will also be included in sale. If there is no bid or part bid Ist

date of auction proposed, undisposed teak poles/firewood will be put up for sale on subsequent dates as shown in the

schedule at the same time and place. The Auctioning Officer is empowered to conduct auction completely or partly and

postponement of auction without assigning any reason.

Post offer will be considered as per the terms and conditions.

Earnest money deposit is ` 20,000 (Rupees Twenty thousand only for Teak poles). The remittance of the value and

removal of timber should be as per prevailing terms and conditions and also as per rule in time.

the office of the undersigned during office hours upto

1 p. m. on all working days till the tender date.

Cost of tender form is non refundable. The intending

tenderer should apply with proof of Identity such as

Electoral Identity Card, Driving Licence, Indian Passport

etc. along with Registration Certificate in original to get

the tender form. The tender form should be properly filled

up and should be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on

12-2-2015. It should be accompanied by all necessary

documents along with Earnest Money Deposit by way of

Bankers DD or Fixed Deposit or National Savings

Certificate pledged in favour of Deputy Conservator of

Forests and Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division,

Sulthan Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery.

The intending tenderers should also furnish a preliminary

agreement in stamp paper worth ` 150 along with tender

for each work.

Incomplete tender or tenders without

necessary documents or tenders not in accordance with

tender conditions will not be accepted.

Tenders will be

opened by the Deputy Conservator of Forests and

Wildlife Warden or an Officer authorized by him at

3.30 p. m. on 12-2-2015, in the presence of those tenderers

who are present at that time.

The Deputy Conservator

of Forests and Wildlife Warden reserves the right to

reject any tender, either partly or wholly without assiging

any reason thereof. If the tender could not be conducted

on the notified date due to any reason, it will be

conducted at the same place and time on the next

working day as per the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could

not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for

such work/works will be conducted at the above place

and time with same conditions on 19-2-2015. If the tender

could not be conducted on that day also, it will be

conducted on 26-2-2015. If it could not be conducted on

that day also, it will be conducted on 5-3-2015. All
