Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained

from the office of the undersigned on application in

writing and on payment of the cost of the tender form

and taxes in Cash (not refundable) upto 1. p.m. on

4-2-2015. The filled up tenders will be received in this

office upto 3 p.m on 4-2-2015 and opened by the

undersigned or an Officer authorized by him on the same

day at 3.30 p.m. at the Office of Wildlife Warden,

Thiruvananthapuram in the presence of the contractors

attending on the date. If the due date happens to be a

holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The earnest

money deposit noted against the work should be paid

along with the tenders in form of Demand Draft (cheque

will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the

undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank/Scheduled

Bank. Incomplete tenders and tenders without EMD are

liable to be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right

to rejected any tender without assigning any reasons

thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD

and Forest Department and modifications there of time to

time are applicable to this tender also. The tenders not

containing the prescribed preliminary agreement in Stamp

Paper worth `- 100 will summarily be rejected. If there is

no response to any of the works included in this

notification, the tender will again be conducted either on

5-2-2015 or 11-2-2015 as per the same conditions

mentioned above, at the same time and venue.

pursuance of G. O. (Ms.) No. 226/81 (F) dated 16-12-1981 for working down Timber, Billets and Teak Poles from the marked

trees standing in the plantations mentioned in the schedule below and transport the same to the Govt. Timber Depots,

Poles & Billets at dumping site mentioned in the same schedule. The tenderer is bound to comply with the terms and

conditions in force, besides the conditions that will be framed by the Government in future in connection with this tender.

and tender cost for the tender should be submitted through the internet online banking of SBT or through NEFT for other

and full responsibilities of the original tenderer, Sri Mathai Thomas, Pullattu veedu, Aryankavu P. O., Kollam (Dist.) as per

tender conditions. Financial loss if any occurred to Government in the re-tender will be realized from the original tenderer

accepted. Technical bid and financial bid shall be submitted in their respective designated online covers.

The Forest Department will not be responsible for any inconvenience or loss to the Bidder while uploading/

downloading the bid.

The successful tenderer should submit a solvency from the revenue authorities or a bank guarantee issued by a

Nationalized Bank for 10% of the tender amount, if the tender amount exceeds ` 3,00,000. The successful tenderer should

execute an agreement in the prescribed format in a stamp paper worth ` 150 within 15 days from the date of intimation of

acceptance of the tender after furnishing security deposit equal to 10% of the tender amount or ` 1,00,000 whichever is

less. Post offers as per the existing rules shall also be entertained. The tenderers quoting rates separately for timber, poles,

billets and firewood shall not be entertained under any circumstances. If the notified date of tender happens to be a holi-

The quantities mentioned in the above table are approximate and on actual execution the quantities may vary. Since the

quantity is approximate there may be variation in the quantities to be delivered in each depot. The tenderer is bound to work

down the entire trees marked in the plantation to the respective Depots as per the direction of the Departmental Staff. Penalty as

per rule will be levied by the Forest Department from the tenderer, if any tree is unfelled or for the delay of transportation of timber

Bidders shall remit the tender document fee and the

Earnest Money Deposit using online payment option of

e-procurement system only and submitted through the

internet online banking of State Bank of Travancore or

through NEFT for other banks. Bidders opting for NEFT

facility of online payment are advised to exercise this

option atleast 48 hours before the closing date of bid to

ensure that payment towards tender document fees and

EMD are credited and a confirmation is reflected in the

e-procurement system. The online NEFT remittance form

provided by e-procurement system for making a NEFT

transaction is not a payment confirmation. Kerala Forest

Department/NIC/SBT shall not be any kind of delay in

payment status confirmation.

Bidders are requested to submit scanned copy of the

following documents—Registration Certificate duly attested

by the Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer, PWD

Kerala, EMD Exemption Certificate (if any), preliminary

agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100

duly filled up pro forma for availing e-payment by Online.

Subsequently the hard copy of attested copy of

Registration Certificate, EMD exemption certificate (if any),

preliminary agreement in original would be submitted

offline in a sealed cover superscribing the name of work

and tender number to the Office of the Divisional Forest

Officer, Ranni through Speed Post/Registered Post as

prescribed in the time schedule, failing which such tenders

will be rejected.

The bidding authority deserves the right to modify/

cancel, any/all bids without assigning any reason. The

Forest Department will not be responsible for any error

like missing of scheduled data while downloading by the

bidder and non receipt of documents.

Any further clarifications on this tender can be

obtained from NIC/the e-tender Helpdesk number available

Registered PWD Contractors/Govt. approved agencies so

as to reach the Office of the Wildlife Warden, Silent

Valley Division, Mannarkkad before 3 p. m. on 10-2-2015.

The tenders received will be opened by the Wildlife

Warden or any other Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p. m.

on the same day in the Office of the Wildlife Warden,

Silent Valley Division, Mannarkkad. Tender form can be

purchased from the Office of the Wildlife Warden,

Mannarkkad on any of the working days till 1 p. m. on

10-2-2015. The registered contractors will be supplied with

the tender forms only on the production of their

registration cards. The cost of the tender form is

non-refundable under any circumstances. Tenders received

after the due date and time and not accompanied by

The tender is fixed to be conducted on 19-2-2015 at

the Office of the Deputy Conservator of forests & Wildlife

Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan Bathery.

The tender forms can be purchased from the office of the

undersigned during office hours upto 1 p. m. on all

working days till the tender date. Cost of tender form is

non refundable. The intending tenderer should apply

with proof of identity such as Electoral Identity Card,

Driving License, Indian Passport etc. along with the

Registration Certificate in original to get the tender form.

The tender form should be properly filled up and should

be submitted on or before 2 p. m. on the date of tender.

It should be accompanied by all necessary documents

along with Earnest Money Deposit. by way of Bankers

DD or Fixed Deposit or National Savings Certificate

pledged in favour of Deputy Conservator of Forest and

Wildlife Warden, Wayanad Wildlife Division, Sulthan

Bathery payable at Sulthan Bathery. The intending

tenderers should also furnish a preliminary agreement in

stamp paper worth ` 150 along with tender of each

work.

Incomplete tender or tenders without necessary

documents or tenders not in accordance with tender

conditions will not be accepted.

Tenders will be opened

by the Deputy Conservator of Forest and Wildlife Warden

or an Officer authorized by him at 3.30 p.m. on the same

day, in the presence of those tenderers who are present

at that time.

The Deputy Conservator of Forest and

Wildlife Warden reserves the right to reject any tender,

either partly or wholly without assigning any reason

thereof.

If the tender could not be conducted on the

notified date due to any reason, it will be conducted at

the same place and time on the next working day as per

the same conditions.

If the tender for all works or any of the work could

not be conducted on the said date/dates, the tender for

such work/works will be conducted at the same place

and time with same conditions on 26-2-2015. If the tender

could not be conducted on that day, also it will be

conducted on 5-3-2015. If it could not be conducted on

that day also, it will be conducted on 12-3-2015. All

existing rules, regulations, directions, conditions,

prevailing in Kerala PWD and Kerala Forest Department

and Store Purchase Department in respect of civil works

shall be applicable in these works and tender also.

Sealed competitive tenders in the prescribed form are

invited till 3 p.m. on 5-2-2015 from approved contractors

for the following works by the undersigned for and on

behalf of Governor of Kerala. Tender forms can be had

from the office of the undersigned on request in writing

till 1 p.m. on the date of tender on payment of its cost.

The last date and time of receipt of tender in sealed

cover superscribing the name of work is at 3 p. m. on

tender date. The tender will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on

5-2-2015 in the presence of the tenderers present at that

time. In case the tender does not happen on 5-2-2015 due

to unexpected reasons, it will be conducted on

12-2-2015. If it does not happen on 12-2-2015 the same

will be conducted on 16-2-2015 at the same time and place.

If the tender could not happen on the fixed date due

to reasons beyond our control like public holiday, hartal

etc. the tender will take place in the next working day at

the same time and place.

Period of completion—30 days from the date of

agreement.

The cost of tender forms will not be refunded. EMD

will be accepted through DD taken from any of the

Nationalized Bank in favour of Wildlife Warden, Aralam

Wildlife Division. Separate tenders shall be submitted for

each work. The name of the work should be superscribed

on the sealed cover. All the conditions prevailing in Kerala

Public Works Department will be applicable to these

works also. Tender forms are not transferable. Tender

should be submitted along with a preliminary agreement

signed and executed in Stamp Paper worth ` 150.

Incomplete tender/tenders without EMD or tender received

after the stipulated time are liable to be rejected. The

undersigned reserves the right to reject the tender without

assigning any reason thereof.
