Sealed tenders are invited for maintenance and repair

work of various machines of Textile Technology Department

of Central Polytechnic College, Thiruvananthapuram.

Tender Specification— Tender No. 2/2014-15.

Cost of tender forms:

Original— ` 400.

Duplicate— ` 200.

By post (original)—` 430.

Address of the Officer from whom the tender forms

are to be obtained and to whom the tender forms are to

be sent—Principal, Central Polytechnic College,

Vattiyoorkavu, Thiruvananthapuram.

Intending tenderers may on application to the

undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form on which

tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender

form should be accompanied by remittance of above

prices fixed for the same and which is non refundable

under any circumstances. The tender form are not

transferable, cost of tender forms are only acceptable by

Money Order or cash to this office. As per the conditions,

the tender should be sent along with the tender on

agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of

value of ` 100 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of

the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without

Agreement, Tender form and Earnest Money Deposit will

be rejected.

Belated tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be

opened in the presence of tenderers or their

representatives present at that time. Further details can be

had from the office.
