Whereas, it is expedient to publish the Fair Value of Land as required under Section 28 A of Kerala Stamp

Act, 1959, read with Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp Act (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995.

Now, therefore, it is hereby made known to the public that the final fair value for the land mentioned against each
