Vide proceedings 1st read above, M/s Sree Chithira
Thirunal Vanitha HWCS Ltd. No. H.Ind.T.601 was ordered
to be wound up. As per the reference read as 2nd above,
the liquidator has reported that though the society was
registered, it did not function like one. The promoter or
the members has taken no action to promote the society.
Also no records are available for the final wounding up
of the society. Hence, the registration of the society is to
be cancelled.
ORDER
In the circumstances stated above, I by virtue of
power conferred upon me under Section 74 of KCS Act
1969, I do hereby order that the affairs of
M/s Sree Chithira Thirunal Vanitha HWCS Ltd. No.H.Ind.
T.601 is finally wound up and the registration of the
society is cancelled.
