DECLARATION OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF
PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY
No.F2/12599/2004.
14th January 2015.
Where as Sri M. K. Ali, S/o Alavy Haji,
Moolamkuzhiyil House, Mullappalli, Koottilangadi,
Malappuram District has purchased for ` 1,15,000
(Rupees One Lakh Fifteen Thousand only), the immovable
property specified below at the Sale held in public auction
on the 10th day of January 2013 for recovery of
maintenance dues amounting to ` 1,57,000 from
Sri Gafoor, S/o Koya, Vadakkengara House, Veppinkunnu,
Kallamoola, Chokkad Village, Nilambur Taluk, Malappuram
District and whereas the Sub Collector, Perinthalmanna has
confirmed the sale on his Order No. B-12663/2013 RR(1)
dated 5-12-2014. Under Section 54 of the Kerala Revenue
Recovery Act, 1968, it is hereby declared under Sub
section (1) of Section 57 of the said Act that the said
Sri M. K. Ali, S/o Alavy Haji, Moolamkuzhiyil House,
Mullappalli, Koottilangadi, Malappuram District is the
lawful successor to all rights of the former land holder in
the said immovable property.
