The General Body meeting was convened on 24-7-2013 and no member attended in the meeting. Finally there was

an amount of ` balance and is donated to Kasaragod Circle Co-operative Union.

The Liquidation account of the society has been audited by the Office Inspector, Office of the Assistant Registrar

of Co-operative Societies (General) Kasaragod and report is also appended. Under these circumstances the following

order is issued.

In the above circumstances I, the Liquidator of the Bayar Co-operative Stores Ltd. No. S-3. Unit Inspector

Manjeshwar-II is hereby declare that the affairs of the Bayar Co-operative Stores Ltd. No. S-3, Bayar P. O., have been

finally wound up under Section 73 (3) of Kerala Co-operative Societies Act 1969 and recommended to the Joint Registrar

of Co-operative Societies (General) Kasaragod for the cancellation of the Registration of the Society under Section 74 of

the above Act.
