Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kannur within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List
is brought into force ie. on or before 6-12-2013. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a can-
didate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohib-
ited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated
against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 6-12-2013. Applications received after the
prescribed date will not be entertained.
II. A period of 45 days time to apply for re-checking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect
from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.
“Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost
from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its Photocopy, or downloaded and printed

(3) The candidates who have secured 22.33 (twenty
two point three three) marks and above are
included in the Main List of the Short List. The
required marks have been lowered to the
extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary
Lists.
(4) The candidates belonging to Other Backward
classes included in the short list who are required
to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate as per
G.O.(P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 shall
produce the same along with other documents to
prove their claims made in the applications, as and
when called for. Such candidates in the Main List
who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy
Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit
of Community reservation and will be considered
as Open Competition candidates. As regard to
such candidates in the Supplementary Lists of
Other Backward Classes, their Register Numbers
will be deleted from the Short List without furher
notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy
Layer Certificate.
(5) The Place, date and time of Interview will be
intimated in due course.
(6) Candidates whose register numbers are not
included in the short list may refer to the
Notification No. ER II (3) 5374/13/EW dated
23-10-2013, showing the details of invalidated
scripts.
(7) According to the existing procedure, revaluation
of answer scripts is not allowed. But
answerscripts will be re-checked and photocopy of
the answerscripts will be issued after the
publication of the ranked list, if applied as per

above are included in the Main List of the Short List. The
requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in
respect of the Supplementary Lists.
The candidate belonging to Backward Communities
included in the Short List, who are required to produce Non
Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O.(P) No. 117/08/SC/STDD
dated 19-12-2008 or G.O.(P) No. 81/2009/SC/STDD dated
26-9-2009 shall produce the same along with the other
documents mentioned above or as and when called for.
Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the
required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to
the benefit of community reservatin and will be considered
as open competition candidates. As regards, such
candidates in the Supplementary Lists of Backward Classes,
their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List
without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non
Creamy Layer Certificate.

scripts is invalidated is appended with this Notification.
