Attingal has deposited with this court a sum of

` 8,59,840 (Rupees Eight Lakh fifty nine thousand

Eight hundred and forty only) as Compensation to be

distributed to the dependents of the deceased

Sri G. R. Girish, who met with a fatal accident while

employed under the Kerala State Electricity Board,

Thiruvananthapuram and whereas it is reported that
