Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the

supply of the following items to Divisional Forest Officer,

South Wayanad Forest Division.

Cost of tender form:

Original— ` 400 + VAT.

Duplicate—` 200 + VAT.

Last date and time of sale of tenders—10-4-2015,

1 p.m.

Last date and time of receipt of tenders—

10-4-2015, 2. 30 p. m.

Date and time of opening of tenders—10-4-2015,

3.30 p.m.

The tenders should be superscribed with Tender No.

and date Addressed to the Divisional Forest Officer,

South Wayanad Division, Kalpetta. Late and incomplete

tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened

at the date and time mentioned above in the presence of

tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be

present at that time. The tenders should be in the

prescribed form which can be obtained from the office of

the Divisional Forest Officer, South Wayanad Forest

Division, Kalpetta on payment of cash.

Those who desire to get the tender forms by post

should send the cost of the tender form plus postage by

Money Order along with their application in favour of the

South Wayanad Forest Division, Kalpetta. It is not

refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms

are not transferable. Drafts, Cheques and Postal Orders

will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and

will not be send by VPP. Duplicate tenders will be issued

on remittance of the prescribed rate. The tenderer should

send along with his tender an agreement executed and

signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value of `100 purchased

in the Kerala State. Every tenderer who has not registered

his name with State Government (Store Purchase

Department) should send along with his tenders and

Earnest Money of 1% of the total cost of the articles

tendered for (rounded to the nearest rupees). The amount

may be paid either by remittance in to any above

Government Treasury in Chelan in duplicate, duly counter

signed by the officer mentioned below or by Demand

Draft (crossed) on the Local Branch of State Bank of

India/Travancore drawn in favour of the officer mentioned

below.

The Divisional Forest Officer, South Wayanad,

Forest Division reserves the right to accept or reject all

tenders or any of the tenders without assigning reasons

there on.
