The notification issued as per E3/18483/2011 dated 2nd February 2013, in Kerala Gazette No. 19/2013/2011 dated

No. 1, Planning Officer as 1st Appellate Authority of remaining Services and Additional Director (H) as

2nd Appellate Authority.
