Sealed tenders are invited for the rate of conducting

the following X-ray, Ultra sound Scans and other

investigation under RSBY (2015-16) to Taluk Hospital, Fort,

Thiruvananthapuram.

Tender No.—2/2014-15/THF, TVM.

Cost of tender form:

Original—` 400 +5% VAT.

Duplicate—` 150 + 5% VAT.

Last date and time of sale of tender—22-4-2015,

11 a.m.

Last date and time for receipt of tender—23-4-2015,

3 p. m.

Date and time of opening tender—24-4-2015,

12 Noon.

Tender No. and date should be superscribed on such

envelope and addressed to the Superintendent, Taluk

Hospital, Fort, Thiruvananthapuram. Late tenders will not

be accepted. Cost of tender form will not be returned under

any circumstances. Duplicate tender forms will be issued

to those who purchased the original. The undersigned has

the right to reject any tender without assigning any

reason thereof. Tender Specification and other deatils can

be had from the office on working hours.
