DECLARATION OF LAWFUL SUCCESSION OF
PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

9th March 2015.
Whereas Shri M. K. Mubarak S/o Muhammed Kunju
residing in Ashiyana, Pallickal of Pallickal Village, Varkala
Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District has Purchased for
` 3,69,500 (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty nine Thousand and
Five Hundred only), the immovable property specified
below at the sale held in public auction on the 13th day
of December 2013 for recovery of Sale Tax Arrears
amounting to 61,60,373 due from Shri Muhammed Iqbal
residing in Nadeera Manzil, Pallickal of Pallickal Village,
Varkala Taluk, Thiruvananthapuram District and whereas
the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvananthapuram
District has confirmed the sale in his order No. A/8040/14
dated 23-5-2014 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue
Recovery Act, 1968 it is hereby declared under sub-
section (1) of section 57 of the said Act that the said
Sri. M. K. Mubarak is the lawful successor to all the right
of the former land-holder in the said immovable property.
