PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE OF

A PERSON ACCUSED

[See Section 6(1) (b) of Kerala Anti-social Activities

(Prevention) Act]

In the Court of District Magistrate, Thiruvananthapuram

Case No. CC87/S13-53490/Camp/14

Whereas, complaint has been made before me by

the District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural

that Sri Harikumar @ Renjith, aged 29, S/o Mohanakumar,

Kaniyanvilakath Meleputhen Veedu, Thrikkannapuram,

Thirumala Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has

committed or suspected to have committed following

offences:

1. Crime No. 227/09 of Karamana Police Station

2

Crime No. 923/12 of Karamana Police Station

3. Crime No. 924/12 of Karamana Police Station

4. Crime No. 265/131 of Poojappura Police Station

5. Crime No. 109/14 of Vattiyoorkavu Police Station

6. Crime No. 902/14 of Nedumangad Police Station

And, it has been returned to Order of Detention

No. CC87/S13-53490/Camp/14 dated 5-7-2014 and 4-2-2015

of this Court, there upon issued Sri Harikumar @ Renjith

cannot be found and whereas it has been shown to my

satisfaction that the said Sri Harikumar @ Renjith has

absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service

of the said Order of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said

Sri Harikumar @ Renjith of Thiruvananthapuram District

to appear before the Office of the Deputy Commissioner

of Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City, within 30 days

of the publication of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
