Notice to Respondents

Where the petitioners above named have filed

petition under Section 7, 10 and 25 of the Guardian and

Wards Act, 1890, for obtaining the permission of the Court

with respect to the sale of Schedule Property belonging to

their father, deceased Muhammed Sageer who died on

11-12-2013.

Take notice that any person has got any objection in

the matter have to appear in Court either in person or by

Pleader on 28-5-2015 at 11’^o Clock in forenoon to

showcause against the petition failing which the matter

will be decided in their absence.

Schedule of the Property

All that intended shares obtained to petitioners 2 to

4 in the part and parcel of the ¼^th undevided shares of

Muhammed Sageer in the property having total extent of

2.42.45 Hectors of land of which 37.45 ares comprised in

Re-Sy. No. 118/1 and 2.05 hectors of land comprised in

Re-Sy. No. 118/3 in Block No. 53 in Kanthalloor Village by

way of Sale Deed No. 782/2007 of Devikulam S.R.O.
