Whereas the Petitioners have applied to this court

for declaration the 1st Petitioner as the Guardian of the

3rd Petitioner admeasuring 1.380 cents in Re-Sy. No. 18 of

Thirumala Village vide Sale Deed No. 688/2014 of Chalai

Sub Registrar’s Office belonged to minor or 3rd Petitioner

who is the minor child of 1st and 2nd Petitioner. Any

person having objection to grant of the permission for

appointment of guardian applied should appear and file

before this Court at 11 a. m. on or before 23-6-2015 to

which date the case stands posted, failing which the

certificate applied for would be granted.
