General Conditions

EMD ` 1,200 in the form DD in favour of

Principal, CET Trivandrum payable at SBT,

Engineering College Branch , Tvpm. should be

enclosed. If exempted from submitting EMD the

attested copies of the relevant orders should be

enclosed.

Tender form can either be downloaded from the

Website of Store Purchase Department or directly

be purchased from this Office itself. If downloaded

from the site, the cost of the same should be

enclosed along with tender documents in the form

of DD. Separate DD should be enclosed for cost of

tender and EMD. An agreement should be executed

in Kerala Stamped paper worth ` 15 for the firms

inside Kerala and ` 20 for the firms outside

Kerala. The specimen copy of the agreement form

is given in the Annexure of tender form. The Stamp

paper will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala

along with tender forms on payment of charge of

Stamp Paper and postage charge, which may be

remitted by money order in advance.

Late tenders should be returned unopened.

Along with tender documents the brochure of the

item should be enclosed.

The Price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes.

The equipments should have a minimum warranty

of one year.
