for the following works by Wildlife Warden, Wildlife
Division, Vattiyoorkavu P. O., Thiruvananthapuram for and
on behalf of Governor of Kerala. The last date of
submission of online tender will be on 3-6-2015, 3 p.m.,
online tenders will be opened on 3.30 p.m. on 6-6-2015.

execution of agreement)
Period of Contract—From the date of agreement and
up to the date of execution of tender agreement for
the ensuing year ie. 2016-17.
Cost of tender form—` 9,800 + VAT for Item No.1,
` 6,700 + VAT for Item No. 2, ` 2,700 + VAT for
Item No. 3, ` 1,300 + VAT for Item No. 4.
The details and necessary documents will be
obtained from the aforesaid Department website. A Stamp
Paper worth ` 500 should be submitted at the time of
opening of e-tenders for executing preliminary agreement
and solvency certificate not below 20% of the cost of the
goods to be supplied. The general and special order
conditions published by Museum and Zoo Department
will also be applicable. All the conditions prescribed for
the submission of e-tender should also be followed. Any
violation will be resulted in the rejection of e-tender. If
the opening date of e-tender date becomes holiday, the
same will be opened on the next working day.
