DECLARATION OF LAWFULL SUCCESSION OF

PURCHASE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

No. D-3290/14 (2).

20th April 2015.

Whereas Sri Manoj Kumar residing in Manoj Nivas

of Atholi Village, Koyilandy Taluk, Kozhikode District has

purchased for ` 8,50,000 (Eight lakh fifty thousand only)

the immovable property specified below at the sale held in

public auction on the 10th day of December 2013 for the

recovery of Mining Geology arrears amounting to

` 4,66,214 and interest @ 12% from 16-7-2009 for the

period............... due from Sri Madhavan Namboodiri,

Thirumangalath Illam, Kolakkad P. O. residing in Atholi

Village of Koyilandy Taluk, Kozhikode District and whereas

the Sub Collector, Kozhikode has confirmed the sale in

his Order No. D3290/14 (2), dated 21-8-2014 under Section

54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968, it is hereby

declared under Sub-Section (1) of Section 57 of the said

Act

Sri

Manoj Kumar, Manoj Nivas, Cheruvath (H), Atholy is the

Lawful successor to all the rights of the former land

holder in the said Immovable Property.

It is hereby publicaly noticed for general information

that Sri Manojkumar, Manoj Nivas, Cheruvath, residing in

Manoj Nivas, Atholy Village in Koyilandy Taluk,

Kozhikode District has purchased on 10th day of

December 2013 at a public auction. 20 cents of land in

RS. No. 34/1A, 1B of Kolakkad Desom in Atholy Village

in Koyilandy Taluk in Kozhikode District sold for the

recovery of Mining and Geology dues from Sri Madhavan

Namboodiri, Thirumangalath Illam (House), Kolakkad P. O.

in Atholy Village, Koyilandy Taluk, Kozhikode District, the

land holder and that the land will be registered in the

name of Sri Manoj Kumar, Manoj Nivas, Cheruvath, Atholy

Village, Koyilandy Taluk, Kozhikode District has

succeeded to all the rights over the aforesaid land.
