Demand Draft drawn in favour of the undersigned

payable at SBT, Pattambi by the successful tenderer

on receipt of the supply order.

• All equipments should have one year warranty.

• The sealed cover containing the Tender should be

superscribed as the "Tender for supply of Laboratory

Equipments" as the case may be.

• Tender should be submitted in the prescribed form

along with an agreement in prescribed format in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 DD towards EMD

shall also be submitted with tender. Late tenders

will not be accepted.

• Successful tenderer should supply Laboratory

Equipments as per specifications mentioned in the

Tender Notice.

• The rate quoted should include all expenditure

including taxes and should supply at the office of the

undersigned.

• Tenders will be opened in the presence of such

tenderers or their authorized representatives who may

be present at that time. If the date fixed for opening

happens to be a holiday, tenders will be opened in the

next working day, at the same time.

• The price of the tender form shall be received only

by cash.

• The cost of tender should be quoted in Indian

money.

items intended to be purchased can be obtained from

the office of the undersigned at working hours or

Sealed competitive tenders are invited under “Two Cover

System” for the supply of Ice Flaking Machine—1 No.

for the use of Chief Disease Investigation Office, Palode

for the year 2015-16.

The envelope containing covers A & B for the tender

should be addressed to Chief Disease Investigation Officer,

Pacha P. O., Palode. Both covers A & B must be separately

sealed and placed in a third cover, which should also

be sealed and submitted. Intending tenderers may on

application to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, obtain

the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be

submitted. Application for the tender form should be

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 525 which is the

price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not

refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are

concerned with this or to cancel the tender without

assigning any reason thereof.

7. The tender rate should be written both in words and

figures, all corrections should be attested.

8. The Ice Flaking Machine should be in strict

accordance with our specification. If the offered

Ice Flaking Machine does not fulfil any of the

specifications, this has to be clearly mentioned in the

bid. If any of the specifications is omitted in the bid

without mentioning it, the offer will be treated as

confirming to our specification.

9. Preference will be given to the products quoted by

the manufacturer or their authorized dealer. Firms

who are not original manufacturers should state

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the Supply

of Chemicals and Lab Equipments for ` 14,00,000

for the Development of Lab/Library of B. J. M. Govt.

College, Chavara during the year 2015-16.

The tender forms can be directly had from the

college office on all working days from 10 a. m. to

1 p. m. on payment of ` 2,100 for original and ` 1,100 for

duplicate. 4 % VAT & 1% Cess also may be remitted

additionally. List of items to be supplied and conditions

for supply will be issued along with the tender form.

Those who wish to get tender forms by registered post,

should forward a self addressed stamped envelope

(affix stamp worth ` 55) 30 x15 cm along with a request

for the same and cost of tender forms by Money Order

(no other mode of payment is acceptable). Tender forms

will not be sent by V.P.P. The cost of tender form is not

refundable in any circumstances and the tender forms are

not transferable.

All the tenderer’s should execute an agreement in

Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 500 (Vide page No. 6 of the

tender form). The earnest money deposit required is 1% of

the total cost of the materials tendered for and should

be remitted by Demand Draft or Fixed Deposit.

The sealed cover containing tenders should be

superscribed “Tender for the supply of Chemicals, Lab

Equipments-2015-16” and should be addressed to the

Principal, B. J. M. Govt. College, Chavara, Kollam,

Pin-691 583. The last date and time for receipt of tender

is at 3 p. m. on 3-9-2015 and will be opened at

Multimedia Classrooms ` 12,00,000 (Twelve lakhs only)

under Lab/Library Equipments Scheme 2015-16 (Plan).

The cover containing the tender should be

superscribed “Tender for the supply of Computers and

Accessories for Language Lab and Equipments for

Multimedia Classrooms for ` 12,00,000 under

Lab/Library Equipments Scheme 2015-16 (Plan)” and

addressed to the Principal, Government College, Munnar,

Idukki-685 612. Last date for the receipt of tender is at

1 p. m. on 2nd September 2015. Late tenders will not

be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p. m. on 2nd

September 2015 in the presence of such tenderers or their

If 2nd September 2015, happens to be holiday, tenders

will be opened at the same time on next working day.

accompanied by a cash remittance of ` 1,872 (including

Tax ) which is the price fixed for a form and which is not

refundable under any circumstances. Demand Draft for

1% (Minimum ` 1,500) of the total cost in the form of

Demand Drafts drawn in favour of the Principal,

T. M. Govt. College, Tirur payable at SBT, Tirur Branch

only. Tenders without sufficient EMD are liable to be

rejected. EMD will not carry any interest. The firm who

are exempted from furnishing EMD should be enclosed
