PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE

OF A PERSON ACCUSED

In the court of the District Magistrate, Kasaragod

Case No. Dl-40635/2015 (2) dated 26-8-2015

Whereas, complaint has been made before me by the

District Police Chief, Kasaragod that Sri Shamseer

Pallichumadu @ Shamseer, age 23/15 s/o Mahmood @

Muhammed, K.M.C., Pallichumadu House, Kavunthala,

Padne Village, Hosdurg Taluk, Kasaragod District has

committed the following offences and in pursuance of

the same this Court has issued detention order against

him under section 3(1) of Kerala Anti - Social Activities

(Prevention Act, 2007 as per No. D1/40635/2015 (1)

dated 5-8-2015.

1. Crime No. 314/2011 of Chandera Police Station

2. Crime No. 571/2012 of Chandera Police Station

3. Crime No. 154/2013 of Chandera Police Station

4. Crime No. 256/2013 of Chandera Police Station

5. Crime No. 309/2014 of Chandera Police Station

6. Crime No. 246/2015 of Chandera Police Station

7. Crime No. 516/2015 of Chandera Police Station

And, it has been returned the order of detention

No. D1/40635/2015(1) dated : 5-8-2015 of this court, there

upon issued that the said Sri Shamseer Pallichumadu @

Shamseer, age 23/15 s/o Mahmood @ Muhammed, K. M.

C., Pallichumadu House, Kavunthala, Padne Village,

Hosdurg Taluk, Kasaragod District cannot be found, and

whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that the

said Sri Shamseer Pallichumadu @ Shamseer, has

absconding himself to avoid the enforcement of the said

order of detention.

Proclamations is hereby made that the said

Sri Shamseer Pallichumadu @ Shamseer, age 23/15

s/o Mahmood @ Muhammed, K.M.C., Pallichumadu

House, Kavunthala, Padne Village, Hosdurg Taluk,

Kasaragod District within 30 days of the publication of

this order in the Kerala Gazette.
